Tempe, AZ – City Wide Maintenance congratulates its newest franchisee, Michael O’Donnell, on the opening of City Wide of Phoenix. City Wide will bring a new approach to facility maintenance services to commercial properties in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and the surrounding area.
O’Donnell came to City Wide after a successful career in financial services management. Formerly of the Interest Rate Risk Management Group at Wells Fargo and Mellon Bank, O’Donnell is looking forward to leaving a space where he was financially and professionally comfortable in order to achieve a new definition of success. “Leaving a well-regarded position at a respected bank to build a business took a surprising degree of courage and self-confidence,” O’Donnell said.
“Mike is a natural leader and has built an excellent team to open the Phoenix office. His strong management skills and ability to think strategically will make City Wide of Phoenix a valuable addition to the Phoenix business community,” said Jeff Oddo, President of City Wide Maintenance.
City Wide of Phoenix will open its doors in August 2013.
