The fast-growing City Wide franchise will be opening shop with a new office in the Baltimore area spearheaded by franchisee Tom Grem. After analyzing countless franchise opportunities, Grem decided on City Wide because the overall business model fit him best. “I chose City Wide because the model has worked 29 times previously and I liked the idea that we could be sitting on the same side of the table helping people, rather than going out and just peddling something. Tapping into two decades of personal experience was also a huge plus,” says Grem.
Looking at his career, one can see that Grem has a successful foundation based in a variety of general management and sales management positions – meaning he will be a great asset to the City Wide brand, along with the other owners. In previous positions, Grem has led efforts to increase sales, built strong teams and has always been focused on the value proposition for his clients.

Grem says the atmosphere around the office is a healthy mix of optimism and excitement.
