With an entrepreneurial spirit and an eagerness to have something to call his own, Chris Duncan opened City Wide Maintenance of Columbus in 2003. Now, 15 years later, Chris is ready to renew his ownership and continue to grow with the City Wide family.

“It’s an honor to have owned my City Wide location for more than 15 years, and I’m looking forward to the opportunity to continue to provide the diverse building maintenance services that City Wide offers to the Columbus area,” said Chris Duncan, owner and president of City Wide Maintenance of Columbus. “Life-long, raving fans come from hard work and exceeding client expectations – and that philosophy will continue to be my guiding principle as I run my City Wide location.”

Prior to launching his City Wide business, Chris owned and operated an oil and gas company alongside his two brothers for 11 years. Upon making the difficult decision to sell their family-owned business, Chris was ready to invest in a new industry where he could leverage his more than a decade of business ownership experience and his passion for helping others in order to grow his entrepreneurial portfolio.

Chris was instantly attracted to City Wide’s proven business model and similar subcontracting structure to his former business. Within days of discovering the franchise, Chris knew that City Wide was the new opportunity he was searching for.

Today, City Wide Maintenance of Columbus has become one of the premier companies in the building maintenance industry. With his decision to renew his ownership, Chris will continue to serve a robust clientele and deliver outstanding service every day.

Entrepreneurially-spirited individuals interested in owning a City Wide franchise should have a business to business background focused on sales, management and operations experience.
