Meredith Cimino and Jeff Erickson are betting that two is better than one. The couple has teamed up to take over leadership at the City Wide Maintenance office in Omaha.

For years, Cimino was a sales executive and then business coach at City Wide Maintenance in Kansas City, helping franchisees fine tune their operations. She also had an inside view of the franchise’s sales and management operations. For his part, Erickson ran a marketing firm, which catered to the needs of manufacturers in the food service industry. Together, they are looking forward to pool their strengths, leverage their experience, and take their new business to greater heights.

After running his own small business, Erickson knows owners can be stretched for time. That’s exactly why solutions from City Wide Maintenance, which offers a one-stop point of contact for a range of janitorial and non-janitorial services, can be so valuable. “Being a small business owner is challenging; you wear so many hats. The same holds true for my City Wide clients; they are looking to me for help. I’m here to solve their problems, save them time, and be a trusted resource,” Erickson points out.

Cimino and Erickson’s well-versed knowledge in sales and management is just the beginning to their climb to success at City Wide—especially since the company’s tools and processes are already in place to help them grow in the booming commercial maintenance industry.  The duo’s office location will serve many areas, including Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska, as well as Cedar Bluffs, Iowa.

Being a City Wide franchisee is “a win all around,” Erickson says. “This company offers us sales processes, software, training, and a profitable business model for all involved.”
